About the Role
The Paralegal will work full-time as an integral part of RLP, interfacing with
all attorneys at the firm, and assisting with various administrative tasks and research support.
Responsibilities
The Paralegal will play an active role in all aspects of the firm’s litigation practice, including:
Cite-checking and copyediting legal documents;
Preparing and organizing files for attorneys;
Filing and processing legal documents;
Maintaining the firm’s calendar;
Assisting with media and communications, including development of firm’s marketing and educational materials;
Researching facts for case development;
Conducting client intake.
Qualifications
College graduate;
1-3 years of experience in a law firm or other office setting preferred
Strong analytical skills;
Excellent writing and research skills;
Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines; and
Familiarity (preferred) with Clio, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, LEXIS, PACER/ECF.
Additional Details
Pay & Benefits: $50,000 to $75,000 salary, commensurate with experience. Health, dental, and 401(k).
Schedule: 10 am ET to 6 pm ET, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Bonus Pay
